Iwakuni Kogyo is a manga artist and illustrator living in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. After 
working at an advertising agency, he became an assistant to an artist, before working 
full-time as a freelance independent illustrator. He specializes in sci-fi, monster, and 
mechanical designs. He has frequently worked with Toho Co., Ltd. to draw illustrations 
for Godzilla promotional events.
